RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PICK N GO values customer trust and satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim
to provide quality products including Travel Bags, Gym Bags, Sling Bags, Chest Bags, Backpack
Covers, and other accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our
Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
• The product remains unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags,
packaging, and accessories.

3. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Used, washed, or altered products.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Change of mind after purchase (unless approved by PICK N GO management).

4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement/exchange
subject to stock availability.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
• Product is out of stock after return approval.
• Replacement item is unavailable.
• Verified issue from PICK N GO’s side.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and
inspected.

6. Delivery Charges
• If the return is due to PICK N GO’s mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return
delivery charges will be covered by PICK N GO.
• For other approved returns, delivery charges may be borne by the customer.
